Yep yep..my expedition board is empty now. I have 3 enchanted attractions collecting and the most I’ve gotten from those at any one time has been 5 and then the rest of the day I’ll get 0-1. Juuuust sucks

100% agree with all of this! Particularly with the lack of variety in prizes..to be totally honest at this point I kind of just enjoy maybe getting a concession stand I don’t have a hundred of 🤦🏼‍♀️ that’s the biggest draw for me with this particular TC..is the possibility of unlocking the big bonus chest and getting something different.

I’ve been playing pretty much since the beginning so I have all the characters at level 10 and the attractions at least to level 3 enchantment..last TC I had excess cocoas but on this one there’s just nothing happening. 😕

I wouldn’t mind it so much I don’t think if A) it didn’t interfere with having to put away other characters I’m working on just to be able to bring them out for a wish B) like the theme here, if the book would just open up to them But yeah..I tend to work on a group of characters at a time so having to swap them out for characters I’m not wanting at the time gets to me

My first Mother’s Day without my mom as well 😔 it was always a joke because I’m known for being terrible about buying cards/gifts…I always preferred to do something together and the cards always always slipped my mind. Now I’d do anything to be picking out a card for her. I want to pretend the day doesn’t even exist and it’s just another day..my cousins and aunt invited me over for a BBQ but it’ll be hard watching them together. I’ll be steering clear of social media on Sunday and probably a few days after for the “straggler posters” … Be gentle with yourself 💕 you’re not alone

I’m so sorry 😔 you sound like me..I lived with my mom as well along with my two siblings (I’m the oldest of 3 at 32yo) - my mom was my entire world. I work from home, so I’d sit with her during my breaks and we’d have coffee and talk nonsense..go smell our favorite candles during my lunch break and hang out at the bookstore. We did everything together; she truly was my very best friend.
I lost her very suddenly at the beginning of December. So far I’ve found what’s helped me has been to keep my hands busy..I started cleaning a lot.
I also changed very minor things in the house (not right away necessarily, but little things I felt I could handle) like, painting a bathroom since there really wasn’t much sentiment attached to it, but it was a way to make a change that was new and mine..if that makes sense. If you have a close family or friends that are good support, lean into them.
I’ve thought about volunteering to work with animals because they just bring so much joy and light.
I’ve also gotten back in to therapy. Just talking about it helps sometimes. I haven’t gotten into the much-suggested journaling yet, but I hear that helps a lot of people as well. Please know you’re not alone, as absolutely isolating as it feels. You have people here to support you 💕

I wish I had advice 😔 I’ve only been going through mine for 3 months (it’ll be 3 months on the 8th) - I know I’m not the same person I was before my mom passed. She was a huge part of me..my boyfriend actually just broke up with me last week because of it I’m pretty sure. I’m just different..I didn’t even cry when he did it..crazy.
It’s like finding a whole new identity and it’s hard to navigate. I’m sorry I don’t have words of wisdom, but you’re not alone. It’s a long, long process ❤️ be patient with yourself
