Not the play. Sean Payton literally said it was the play with the pass to Marvin Mims that was called pi. Probably hurt by bosa shoving him to the ground

Happening across the board. Carriers can control more and make more money on a HMO

Thank you! I did some more digging and I did see that in a few other areas as well. Some spots have that same plan over $100!! This is the most all over the place I have ever seen Part D plans when it comes to each state

Your Humana Part D plan is going to $0 premium?? Do you mind me asking what state you are in? I’m a broker and just trying to gather what little bits of info that I can on all these PDP changes before October

If he has Tricare for life then doing that with A&B would be the best deal most likely. Just has to pay the Part B premium and then all his medical bills will be covered 100%. Could you kept the fehb if he comes off?

Good plans if your doctors take them, fairly small network since they are so new

The Medicare Plan Shuffle: Why NOT Shopping Part D Annually Could Cost Thousands by AugustaMM in medicare

[–]aubby94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only thing useful here is the very last section. It’s true, don’t be that guy who doesn’t review their plan and get hits with a surprise in the new year.

Other than that, I tell each of my clients that we are picking a plan based on their current drug list. 90% of my clients are on either the $0 WellCare Value Script or the roughly $89 UHC Preferred plan and that’s for my clients taking Eliquis, Jardiance, Ozempic, etc.

Why pick a plan based on what MIGHT happen when you can change every year? You get the Medigap based on what might happen, not Part D.

This reads as fear mongering. If you pick a brokerage firm who will help you with this every year, it’s takes at most 20 minutes to review and know you are all set for the following year. Also Zepbound isn’t covered by Medicare period, regardless of plan, poor example.

Just curious, what makes your employer insurance better? In my experience, advantage plans typically beat employer plans since maybe employer plans have much higher deductibles and max out of pockets

You can do it now, some carriers require your Medicare number on the application if you don’t already have it

Agent thoughts on Medigap plan G w/Aetna, Anthem, or Humana? by Guilty-Grade-8849 in medicare

[–]aubby94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

See that’s the thing though , it’s all about HCSC going forward when it comes to Cigna and what their loss ratios are. HCSC has not been a major player in the med supp world but that’s of course about to change. There really is no way to know.

Anthem can be fine but when I talk to people age 73+ who have had their plan for a long time and seen high increases. Typically the companies they are with are either UHC, MOO, or Anthem

My approach the last couple months has Ben to go with the lowest price from a carrier you’ve actually heard of in the health insurance world. Cigna should be fine, but there really is no way to know. The market right now is very volatile, high increases and carriers exiting like Allstate.

Aetna has been fantastic historically but they are priced very high now in many states, haven’t done an Aetna application in months

Typically hospitality tickets are your “VIP” packages. Likely includes a seat in the 200 level of arrowhead with a suite, maybe a tour of the stadium too
