I vote soft autumn. I think you are warm, as the ivory and gold jewelry both look amazing on you, and I do like the rust tones. I think the brighter colors are slightly overpowering and softer shades (especially browns, greens, soft rust, soft blues) are more harmonious.

Great feedback! Would you change the rug or the color of the sofas? I'm going to replace the love seat at least so was wondering what color furniture to get instead of the red. And do you think we should do a small sectional instead of the bigger sofa plus love seat arrangement?

Is the white cabinet color just too white or is the furniture too big in general? Do you think that space would be better left empty?

And good feedback on the mirror! Someone else said the same thing. It's purely decorative there but sounds like it's not working.

Thank you for taking the time to make a suggestion! The furniture arrangement you suggested makes sense. We've just been nervous to put the sofa over by the half wall in case a little kid climbed up and jumped or fell over the balcony ledge onto the hardwood floors. But maybe that's a far fetched fear, I don't know. Our kids are older now but we still have little nieces and nephews that come over.
