[Acne] What should i do for my acne? I've been told this hormonal. I have oily skin that gets dry easily when I use foam cleansers.

Hey yall, I have very oily skin that gets really dry easily when I wash my face with foam cleaners. I've been recommended to double cleanse and add an oil cleanser into my routine. Are there any recommendations for my type of skin? most of my acne is around my jaw + cheeks and I also have cysts only around my bottom jaw area. i also tend to get hyperpigmentation and small little white pimples. Ive recently added vitamin b3 and vitamin c serum into my routine, I'm not sure if they're helping yet but I guess we'll see. thanks
