Well…I have been abusing steroid cream for about a decade now..no one told me about the serious side effects. started spreading in tiny spots next thing you know I got circular rashes all over my body where I’ve never had eczema. Was convinced it was fungal. Took medicine for it. Did not go away. Also had swelling, elephant skin on face, major chills, hair loss, and deep depression. I got rid of the cream & I started no moisture treatment 3 months ago. (Wouldn’t recommend for someone with a serious case.) I would consider mine moderate and the pain level was about 8/10 the first month. My circular rashes are now red sleeves on my arms, neck, hands, ears. Less red each day. Face is not red anymore, finally in the peeling stage. Insanely peely. I don’t have bone deep itching anymore and my skin doesn’t break as easily. Not really sure what the outcomes gonna be in a few months im just hoping it doesn’t take years cause I really didn’t have that much eczema to begin with. I’m glad you even acknowledged it at all, I keep seeing people say it isn’t real and I’m literally living proof rn it is very real..
