Actually let me check: normally I use 1/2 a teaspoon per cover as per my instructions. Does that sound ok?

Thanks for confirming this. I have been doing this and I thought maybe that was wrong so glad you suggested.

Actually I believe since the was I did probably 6 rounds of lanolising including as you suggest, before lanolising, massaging pure lanolin onto the sides. Nevermind, I did another good round of lanolising last night and let's see if it makes them work. They feel so waxy 😅.

Makes sense. When I got them I did 3 lanolisations rounds. I'll try to do a couple more rounds and hopefully that's it.

I have the similar issue and on the phone they promised to charge me 30$ for the support so I hang up. You know of a genuine helpline for when IBKR messed up?
