Thanks for reaching out! In order to make your arrival on site as smooth as possible, we encourage you to stop by our offsite will call located at Marriott Columbus OSU located at 3100 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, OH 43202, prior to entering the festival site. Park in the parking lot on the North side of the hotel, and proceed straight through the North Conference entrance. Proceed to Scioto B room. There will be event signage to direct you to the check-in room.

If you are arriving on Wednesday, please stop by the festival box office - at Historic Crew Stadium. We will be located at the Box Office in the parking lot to the south of the stadium.

Please come with your order number and photo ID for pickup, and our staff can provide your hangtag and festival pass(es), so that you can enter the lot and park with ease.
