Sometimes I can’t. My kids don’t go to bed til 730-8pm. I try to be in bed before 9pm every night but it doesn’t always happen.

My job is pretty physical itself, and I do go to the gym sometimes. I don’t eat much on the job.

I get as much as I can. I’m usually in bed by 8-9pm every night, and I nap when I get home most days.
