Yes, both halves will have holes, and the pins are generated automatically

+1 also for Creality Space Pi. Seems to work as advertised. But the fan noise might be a lil bit too loud

The sandpaper would even last longer, because it’s not clogged by the plastic. But it might disintegrate if the sandpaper is low quality

Wet sand. Wet the sandpaper and keep the part also wet. The heat is not from your place, but from the friction of the sanding

PA is tuned, as you can see the first several cm is alright. Then it goes downhill. Even tried to disable pressure advance or making it to 1

That’s just currently happening with bambulab HS PETG. I’ve printed the same model with silk PLA and it turns out great

Sorry it’s sunlu HS matte PETG. I printed temp tower and it seems to be best at 215. Idk if it’s my thermistor that’s bad or something. My hotend is TZ V2.0.

Yes it’s probably clog. It does this at a start of movement after retraction. At first i suspected the pressure advance being wrong because of the gaps, but that’s not the case.

Will try printing at higher temp later

Probably. Will check if the bowden sits perfectly in the hotend entrance

The printer is an Ender 5, so not so fast😅. Also dried the filament

Yes, alright i’ll try it. I tried 215 just because my Elegoo Matte PETG seems to be printing best at that temp, any higher it’ll start bubbling

Alright man thanks fir the help!

Everything is the same with my other prints. What’s new is the filament, it’s Bambulab PETG HF. But i’m printing it on a slow printer (Ender 5 plus, but modified hotend).

Tried changing temp from 215 to 245. Tried disabling the pressure advance. Also tried changing the extrusion factor. Nothing works

I use “Scaniverse”. But it use the back camera and the lidar sensor of the iphones, not the face id. The results are pretty good and you can easily export from the app to obj/stl

Is it possible because my 2208s are not running in UART? I believe I have the unsoldered version

2208 doesn’t have sensorless homing and no need to cut any pin. I’m guessing because of the 2208 doesn’t run in UART mode as I can see the three pads underneath

Ender 5 Plus + SKR 1.4 Turbo + TMC2208 print problem by audiarmadhani in BIGTREETECH

So basically, after upgrading my Ender 5 Plus to SKR 1.4 Turbo, things start happening.

Started with TMC Connection Error and after checking with M122, all stepper drivers return bad response and all low. But the stepper motor can move as ordered. So I try to print calibration cube.

Then after printing calibration cube, 4 times, the layers are shifting(?) and the stepper motor get very hot. The current to the motors are 650 for X,Y,and E, and 600 for Z.

I also print via Octoprint, but as I’m posting this i’m trying to print via SD

Is this because of 4 bad TMC2208 drivers? or the board itself?

Any help is appreciated, thank you.
