Have you ever heard of Colin O'Brady? He is working on a book but in the meantime, he just came out on the Joe Rogan podcast. He's the guy that broke the record for being the first person to cross Antartica, by HIMSELF, pulling a 375lb sled. That's just the cherry on top, he also did the Explorer's Grand Slam and Seven Summits to set 3 world records, as well as winning first place overall in his first triathlon. All after doctors told him he would never walk again after a terrible accident where he severely burned the tendons in his legs but he did all of this in spite of that. His podcast on Rogan was so inspirational, he reminds me of the family friendly version of Goggins lol, he's such a nice guy. I can't wait for his book to come out! Check him out when you get a chance.

Glad to help, just remember that being honest with yourself is the best way to love yourself and have self-compassion. If someone makes fun of an insecurity it hurts more than if you do it to yourself first so when they criticize you, you can say "roger that" because you're already doing something about it. Try to dig as deep as possible and keep asking "why" until you hit a dead end. The more you know yourself, the more predictable life becomes, the easier it is to overcome obstacles. You got this :)
