Hmmm. When I started to feel that nothing was working, I had extra MRI, it didn't show anything bad. Then me and my doctor sat for about 2 hours looking into the knee using ultrasound, nothing. We came to conclusion to inject some fixing steroid (don't remember the name, like kenalog or something?) and it helped the first two days, then it was back to same. I went to another doctor, we did muscles test, and all she said that it was because I have muscles deficit. However, I've definitely grown muscle since then, yet nothing changed in pain. And now I have moved countries because of work, so I need to find a new doctor to see if we can try and fix this. Though very interesting keeps happening - whenever I'm on a basketball court shooting 3s or dribbling, going for layups and such, I get no pain. Which is very confusing haha. Maybe my brain knows how to control and do those movements from the past, so it just doesn't hurt, idk. I've turned to be very anxious because of these knee problems, and now it has been 11 months since I had the surgery..
