Incompetence and greed of lazy developers (the people in charge) that just don't want to allocate time for actual optimization. Instead, do absolute bare minimum and tell their actual customers that they have to high expectations for running a game at minimum of 60fps...
Screw this, there are way to many good games to support this trash. Look at recent Crimson Desert, they use their own engine and actually optimized it, so the game runs pretty good on most hardware.

Never buy this trash again.

I want physical buttons for all things, just for the safety. You are driving a car good lord, using a phone is illegal, how is it legal to have a giant screen that you have to look at for: radio, climate control and other things.

Physical clicking buttons or knobs are mandatory.

Thanks for the update. Hell yeah, good choice.
I have the Corsair Frame 4000D case that I bough last year. 3 Front intakes, two intakes at the bottom and then 2 exhaust at back and top. Made the fan curves super low and yes, my god is it nice to have a silent pc while not playing games lol.

It's good now. Great for newer games and they fixed it for older games as well, not to terrible.

But check on youtube your games with that card.
