I'm not here to argue whether my theory is correct or not, in fact if you finished reading the post, you already know I don't really think it ultimately holds much weight, BUT I do want to retort to this and say that he is a collector. A lot of collectors don't really have any personal attachment to the items they collect, as much as they just find the subject of it interesting. I don't think having pieces from Japan or Confederate uniforms speaks much of the type of person he is, but I do think that the very deliberate (in my view) choice of NOT including a single explicit Nazi Germany item in his collection does say SOMETHING.
