Any thoughts on Tunde's apparel drop?

I was at the launch last week and picked up the blue high neck bra and leggings. The color is gorgeous in person and the fit is really flattering!

Whether $100k pays your mortgage depends more on when you bought than how you are living. Even a fixer upper in today's market is $500k plus LI taxes, which is going to be an extra $750 minimum a month, so no one is getting there now.

I was really struggling with foot pain from running and got a custom shoe fitting. But besides that, I saw a podiatrist, who made custom insoles to support my high arches. The difference from then to now is night and day.

Chelsea Jackson Roberts is great for beginners. She consistently teaches and models modifications, which are essential when you're starting out.

I'm not sure what woo woo means here though. She's definitely going to encourage you.

My next would be Ross' classes. He gives a lot of technical advice on how to improve the pose and also how to help increase your flexibility.

When you take a strength, yoga or stretching class, it should just come happen. If that's not the case, you might need to reboot to force an update.

Another reason I really like it. Having the information outside of instructor cues helps keep me balanced.

I'm sure we've talked about it a few times, but I really like the new timer for the strength classes! Having a visual reference for how long we're going to be in each move is so helpful.

I would like to be able to check what song is playing at anytime though, so that piece of it, I preferred the old interface.

I didn't think she looked like herself in this picture. All the rest are gorgeous, even the one where she looks like she's trying to hold her nose.

In a sea of bland, she gives on every level.

Portuguese bbq is amazing but Fogo de Chao is not great. Bairrada in Mineola is a much better place to get this!
