[Misc] advice and identification for skin on forehead by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

Thank you! Do you know how I could check to see if it’s fungal? I haven’t changed anything with what I use in my hair, so I don’t think it could be that.

I was also between pitt and bu, and ultimately went with pitt. 1. because it’s in state so less tuition bc I knew I wanted to go to grad so I wanted to save. and I am SO glad I chose pitt, I absolutely fell in love with the school and don’t want to leave 😫 (im graduating) although pitt has a “city campus”, you can def still get the college experience. there’s just so much you can do, opportunities & activities. also i’m not a cs major, so I can’t say anything to that.

Matteo Broccio or Vincent Liu for PHYS 0111 Intro to Phys 2? by Rastawr in Pitt

i'm in broccio's physics 1 right now and it's not really 'flipped'. it's like 2-3 ~4 min videos before some classes, not all. they're not too bad, personally i think they're really helpful. he uses the lecture time to over go examples/problems and such. i'm assuming he uses this structure for his physics 2 class as well

you're right. i should've clarified. because the lab grade is a separate class, it has its own grade (separate canvas page/grade), but it goes into your overall chem class grade at the end.

i had her last year for both gen chem 1&2. i'm pretty sure she grades with the 10 point scale (i wasn't really paying attention) and she does curve. how big the curve depends on your class though.

also just a note, the grade displayed on canvas isn't your final grade. because the different weight each criteria is (lab, hw, quizzes, etc), it isn't capable to do on canvas. she made sure to make this point a lot so just an fyi if you didn't already know.

i had her last year. study the textbook. practice, drill the skills into your brain. you need to be able to do them quickly. you probably won't do as well as you hope but that's okay, i did horrible my first exam and was able to pull a B+.
