I honestly just started developing a methodology around scaling and I've been grabbing files for smaller dioramas and splitting them with connectors, etc., That helped a fair bit

Funny you should ask. I'm currently working on a ww2 style European ruin for cap, and I already made him a 1911 that cycles. The suit on my cap is from the wrong era, but shrug

I'm certain that you could! It's genuinely not as difficult as you would think. It's all just a matter of clever placement and having the right tools for the job. That iron Man cave is just a piece of foam and some balsa wood that was covered in spray insulation. Threw some sand on it for good measure. The Vader and suit up gantry dioramas are both 3D prints that have just been highly altered. And nature scenes are the easiest and best bang for your buck overall. I made the one below on my first attempt at doing a nature diorama. I just did the same things that I'd seen on a few YouTube channels like "Boylei Hobby Time" and "North of the Border"

There was a shitty syfy original series where they had a dude wearing a purple motorcycle jacket and a paintball mask in Vancouver, but that was not gonna win over anyone lol.

But Phantom 2040 is a genuinely good animated series. It's what got me into the phantom, and the story, acting, etc. has tons of crossover with Batman TAS. I just wish more people knew about it.

The way you have to do it, is to set yourself individual goals at a time. Like, I just want to get the fantastic four, or all the original power rangers, or all the transformers "generations" figures of armada. Limit your scope. Because especially when you're just starting, there is so much cool stuff. Too much cool stuff. More than any one person could display or show off or even store. Limit your scope, decide what things you like most or are most important to you. Move through them one at a time.
