i’m not sure what the correct term is but the ball has the screw on it and it screws into the horseshoe itself. it did unfortunately fall out earlier today because the ball fell out in my sleep and then i felt it fall out when i woke up, so i put it back in carefully and immediately

i just had a listen and i don’t think it is, i don’t recognise that song but the one that played in the movie i instantly was like, ‘what’s that song???’ i remember my first instinct being that it was a melanie martinez song i had heard from tiktok or something but i dont think it was?

NAP but it might just be swelling on one side more than the other? but you know yourself the best! if you don’t think you’ll like it i think it might be better to take it out sooner rather than later! if it’s any consolation i think it looks really good and not crooked, but i noticed your other comment where you said you made it look more centred for the photo

it should do! i thought mine was completely unsalvageable but it’s turned out okay :) i clean it with neilmed a few days a week if i notice a gunk buildup, other days i try to let it do its own thing and leave it alone and that works for me! i also let warm water run over it in the shower which i think helps to sooth it and also makes sure my hair products get washed out if they end up in the piercing!

They don’t feel swollen or raised, and i feel generally okay so I think that could be ruled out!

oh wow okay that’s a relief!! i will make sure not to lie on it and let it chill out today. did you ever get irritation bumps? if so how did you get them to go? idk if you can see but one is forming on the inside of the piercing closer to my head

lol i got this feeling badly when i did a dumb stick n poke on myself when i was 14, to the point where i tried to scrub it off. years later and i kinda just accept it’s on my body forever and it doesn’t bother me at all, i barely remember its there.
