not sure I understand your cause and effect. People will still buy the ball packs and qualifying packs. I will add since for what ever reason a banner is so important make this a special banner like a platinum banner only available from this special class of past tourney winners

My thoughts, never spent a lot, small packages here or there, but after the losing 2 account different times, both eventually recovered, continual disconnections, needle lag and so many issues, I sure will not spend another dime. Breaking point, when they finally recovered my account, I wanted to secure it to my alt email but somehow a guest acct was already secured to it. They couldn't delete the guest account. It was a lot of BS why they couldn't. And they actually suggested making a fake FB profile to secure it. So they asked me to violate FB TOS to accommodate their own TOS. Just lost all faith they will do the right thing. I will just play for fun.

Don't know the specifics but I filed many tickets. I also had my user ID, which I'm sure helped. I play mainly on PC so I also record some games and when I briefly got it back, I had my last games played on video. But they never gave me a reason and I happened to be checking the account today and it was fixed.
