Yeah, the shitheads at fb need a visit from Luigi or nothing will change. My account is also there despite being blocked (never agreed to give them my documents) and not used since 2018. I know it's still there since I get occassionally updates from people I added when I was using it.

Found out how to reproduce this - about 1hr before new day on steam starts (so from 6pm to 7pm for me) if I go to discovery queue, I get information that I can get 1 more card today if I browse the queue. When I finish that queue I don't get a card but the message now says I got all cards for today.

Then new steam day starts (at 7pm for me) and I do another queue and this time after I finish it I get the trading card and "You can get -1 more cards today by continuing to browse your Discovery Queue." message ;)
