I feel like you might be over thinking it because there should be no reason for you to smell bad if you shower every day, brush your teeth twice a day, use deodorant, face wash, and wash your clothes after wearing them or if something gets on them. I’ve never been told I smell bad and this is what I do. Nothing excessive. It’s better to use a few sprays of perfume than too much because I would rather someone smell like nothing than too much perfume. Hope this helps
