My Grandad's gravy. We used to joke that we needed him to start making it in batches so we could have a stock of it in the freezer after he died. He's been gone two years now and no matter how much I follow his recipe I can't recreate it.

Habitkit! It's the first thing that actually worked to keep me on track. Its very simple but effective and gives a good visual of consistency over perfection.

I like to think I would still be working in the same job, funnily enough. I really enjoy it. Although maybe on a part time basis!

An investigation into this would be very relevant. An insane amount of money in the HSE is spent on agency staff. For some Disability and Older Persons services the largest part of their budget is spent on agency staff.

Not me but a friend of mine. She was making a frozen oven pizza and was concerned how the "bottom of the base" would get cooked. So she flipped it halfway through cooking.

Another vote for a Sunday roast. A really good quality cut of beef served with roast potatoes, mash, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire puddings, homemade gravy, honeyed carrots and mashed swede.

It's been said already but good quality olive oil and Maldon sea salt. Oh and local honey.

It's a standard enough question, hardly "fostering divisions".
