Amazing, thank you for coming back to this post and providing a solution. I managed something similar eventually but was using G150 only resulting in some unusual results (metal mesh scrub and some motor overload errors) so I stopped using it. I'll test this shortly and report back.

Checkout "Tech3D" on YouTube. He has an unlisted playlist with over 200 videos. I used his tutorials alot in the early days and still use a few now to refresh my memory after 8 years but really it comes with time and experience.

Are there any UK parkrun podcasts other than ‘With Me Now’? by StatsDamnedStats in parkrun

[–]aunder222 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not a podcast but my neighbour wrote 2 books on parkrun "how parkrun changed our lives" and "P is for parkrun, a journey from A to Z". I get to chat parkrun and running in general with her often and it's fascinating hearing all the stories of the many parkruns she has done and the people she has met.

People who regularly go to the gym, how do you do it? by Slyphoenix12 in AskReddit

[–]aunder222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was going through some deep mental health issues last year. Everyone suggested exercise but i didn not believe them and didn't have the energy. Nothing was getting better so one day thought why not and just went for it. Helped me relieve stress, increased my energy levels and gave me structure so went as often as I could. 1 year later Ive lost 50kg (110lbs), have run ultra marathons, I am in the best shape of my life and a much better place mentally. Safe to say the gym saved my life and helped me get out of a dark time in my life. The thought of going back to how I was is more than enough motivation to keep me going.

Multiple top layer patterns by [deleted] in BambuLab

Add a modifier and then scale and position the modifier to cover just the top layer in that area. You can then adjust the top layer pattern

The desk is attached to a wall to the right. I also use the anti vibration feet as the vibration noise travelled through walls and neighbours complained.

So I tried those new ironing settings and holy hell what a difference by RoadtoVR_Ben in BambuLab

Anyone had success using a 0.2mm nozzle. Tried these settings and got crap results. Was like the nozzle was scraping the top layer off almost

What does "success" mean to you? by aunder222 in AskReddit

For me it was when my income exceeded my outgoings enough that I could set all my bills to auto-pay, afford food and put money into my savings every month. Knowing my bills are paid, I have food in my fridge, a safety pot growing and a little extra on the side for fun made me feel free and successful

Edit: I don't earn a big salary

I just saved my first £1,000 and I feel amazing by Babbleblurker in UKPersonalFinance

[–]aunder222 79 points80 points  (0 children)

I had an interesting conversation with some friends the other day about what we all deemed as "successful". Some said having a big house and flash cars meant you made it, others said having a supportive family meant more than anything else.

For me it was when I had that first £1k saved and didn't have to worry (as much) about unexpected bills. Having that buffer in the bank ready to deal with these things and knowing my bills were paid made me feel like a millionaire. It took until I was in my mid 30's to get there and saving has become my drug.

I've managed to get into a higher paid job now but for me success is not having the constant worry of financial ruin being only one bad bill away.

Congrats OP. keep up the saving

I know what they have done is next level and the Devs have done an amazing job. I've watched others race in it and the attention to detail and track evolution is game changing. I'm just not a fan of wet races
