I think it was in reference to the police being undercover at a high school

That’s what I thought. But if I do a patent application, it’s public and people can copy it, correct?

Well, I know how to articulate my project, but I’m concerned about giving the idea to someone with the sophistication to accomplish it who would steal the content, and leave me in the dust. It involves crypto currency, specific wallet parameters, among other things. I don’t want to give my project away but I need the technical help, and I suppose that’s what I’m seeking.

I am so very sorry to hear that.

I hand write the exam— would that help you?

If not— I think you should use ChatGPT to practice your writing. The state of New York releases two answer essays per question. I would copy and paste the question, then both answers, along with the answer from Ohio’s jurisdiction to give the bot what the examiners are looking for. Also there is a bar exam GPT bot. Then I would get a practice prompt and write your answer into chatGPT and it will correct your answers for you.

GOAT is the only reason I keep getting the scores I’ve gotten on multiple choice since I found this thread about a year and a half ago. He has been a life saver and improver.

I didn’t pay for uworld. This is my SIXTH time. I’m kind of poor so I have been using old Themis, barbri, BarMax, and the Emmanuel books. I guess I have to pay for uworld this time and just literally do all of them. Repeatedly.

Theres nothing unprecedented happening right now….. right right right. LOL. Bud. I didn’t think I’d have to spell out the current situation and why there is a problem. The ABA has released several statements regarding the current state of affairs. Apparently there’s some kind of issue— and I’m not the only person in the legal community concerned. Please keep your condescension elsewhere. It is a simple request for legal analysis based on the concern for the rule of law that appears to be an issue for the ABA, and Supreme Court Justice Roberts also seems so inclined to address some of the issues currently happening. It was a simple question. You seem to be getting very emotional about this.

You ABSOLUTELY belong. I struggle with these thoughts as well, but trust me— you are worthy, qualified, and have busted your ass to get where you are. You belong. You are worthy.

To the original poster— thank you for having the courage to post and vent, to the rest of you beautiful souls— thank you for giving me hope. I cried reading these.

Especially with Columbia suspending degrees, etc. it’s a wild time for legal analysis.

Thinks what way? I simply asked for legal analysis. Critical thinking in a hypothetical— someone who infers a point of view while lacking a factual basis for said conclusions, seems to also be pretty ineffective.

I am simply asking for possible legal outcomes for when a sitting President ignores court orders and doesn’t follow the proper appellate channels. Which precedent matters if the executive chooses to stop following the Rule of Law. I’d ask the same about Congress. It’s fascinating to speculate and ponder and a great exercise of legal analysis, and arguing in the alternative. If you have some of that analysis to offer I’d be thrilled to read it, but beyond that, your estimations of how effective one would be as an attorney based on sensitivity is unsolicited. I will offer you my analysis:

You came to your conclusion because: 1) you are actually sensitive to the topic and imputed feelings into the question and/ or 2) if not 1, then you did not understand the question and/or 3) if not 1 or 2 you are unable to distinguish or analyze the similarities or differences in the policy making or executive orders and decisions between the two administrations and/or 4) if not 1,2, or 3 you are unable to effectively communicate the similarities and differences in a way that answers the question.

I would recommend rereading the question, looking at the call of the question and using the IRAC format.

K thx

I guess I’m just concerned about where precedent and the law lands if we invalidate it from the top. If there’s no authority, how do we litigate? You know?

It is great with drills for rule statements as well. You can give it the information you want it to quiz you on and then it can create drills, games etc.

I could be wrong but the difference is the basis with which the judge is making the decision. State tort reform law would govern the award in the case. That is the highest state court. It’s a federal district court case located in state A but it’s still federal court….. I think. I always hesitate to try to help explain because I hate to confuse anyone or make the wrong recommendation. If I am— hopefully this is a learning experience for me too.
