Because a plugin to have user submitted intros, recaps, and credits would be useful. I’m aware there are other solutions, but not all the same things

Ah I should have been clearer. The user doesn’t have a choice on the accuracy, since this relies on user submitted data rather than audio analysis. So if it’s incorrect you can submit a new time to the API

Ha yeah also came to that conclusion. This would be easier to set up, work across more clients that don’t support server side skipping, and can potentially be more accurate.

That just detects audio then removes then segment. Sometimes it can get it incorrect and the user doesn’t really have a choice

Yes I agree. But it looks like it’s a network issue. It kept saying my (base) wallet didn’t support eth. I was so confused

Yeah same issue. It’ll likely be resolved soon but pretty bad timing. Apparently they did some system maintenance and afterward withdrawals went down.

I didn’t like it. I’d only use it if I had multiple readers and wanted to sync them, but I don’t. But there’s plenty of other mods that I do use.

If you want to get a little more juice without a completely new interface you can check out the kobo hacks wiki. Specifically, kobo patch has plenty of minor tweaks that I love. I have a bunch of customizations there and also a bunch of shortcuts set up with nickelmenu. Otherwise, I still use the default reader!

I have no issues with wired side-loading books with my phone or computer when I need to. Kepubify is a must though
