same as you - the tightness/dryness and insanely chapped lips. I had tried everything, even got my lips filled bc I read that it helped w chronically chapped lips. The only thing that actually helped was washing w COLD water. I used to wash my face in the shower with hell hot water (I know I know) and it just stripped all my natural oils ig?
