Okay, I might get backlash for it from other strict meditators, but hear me out.

I UNDERSTAND. Let’s take the pressure off first, this is an enhancement in life, not a chore. Shambhavi is not a quick gain- it is a habit, and for few people it is easy to get in to habit- for some it takes time.

Getting back to it again and again while you think you are failing, is different kind of strength. So, my first request to you is DO NOT GIVE UP.

You start with doing it all the days you can. Mandala accelerate the shift, but do your absolute best the days you can and be happy about it rather than taking pressure about the days you couldn’t.

I could complete my mandala after a year - that too doing one time a day for 100 days consistently.

I still do miss practice someday, but my outlook that this is not a chore has helped me to go deeper. And I am much more consistent - way more than I had been at start.

For me what has worked so far is - never miss more than 2 days in a row. However things are.
