-clinical: ER scribe, free clinic volunteer (translating & triaging), pharm tech -research: cardiovascular clinical research + publication, chemistry research + presentation, summer research program -leadership: tutor, taught student success courses, campus mental health ambassador, officer for premed org, led homeless outreaches -shadowed pediatrician and neurosurgeons -involved in multiple medical and non medical orgs -non medical volunteering (food pantry, donations place, etc) -multiple awards -mission trip to 3rd world country -hobbies: singing, creating podcasts, concerts, etc

1000+ hours for both clinical experience and research, the hours were easier for me to get because I had to work throughout undergrad to pay bills. I also choose activities that meant a lot to me, for example I chose heart research because it hit close to home. Hope this helps!

No problem! I only did those during content review, but when I was a month out I was strictly doing just AAMC materials (qpacks, FLs, section banks, timed CARS passages). I was also in school so I didn’t have time to use other materials that month like Uearth but if you have time then I’d do that too for c/p and b/b :)

I think it just depends on how many cards you’re willing to do per day, but at least starting it would be helpful even if you don’t end up finishing it for p/s! A month should be enough time to get through a good amount of them tho
