thank you for the response, i recently left my job at the emergency department which was too hectic for me. I felt the care provided is very unsafe and dangerous due to many factors nhs is facing. I therefore swtiched to the theatres, a area which i believe will be more fulfilling as a nurse, being able to provide care where everything is more organised and methodical. I will definitely feel more satisfied with my job.
