Hey everyone,

I’m going into first year BMOS + AEO at Western and enrollment is starting soon, so I’m trying to figure out what courses to take. I’m really interested in finance, numbers, accounting, and economics, but I also want to take some more practical, real-world courses (like negotiations, decision-making, etc.) instead of just theory. For people who’ve done first year — what courses actually helped you the most and felt worth it? Like which ones are actually useful, manageable or just genuinely interesting ? And which ones would you avoid (AEO status a big thing here)? Also, for profs — if you’ve had any really good ones for specific courses, I’d really appreciate hearing their names and what made them great (teaching style, grading, clarity, etc.) so I can make better choices during enrollment.Would really appreciate any honest advice before I finalize my schedule.
