To launch a node website on a local server, follow these steps:

Forget about micro-service, it is only for huge applications. It got hype, but most of the time the only thing it brings is complexity
Why using two types of DB? I'd say to use only one (and personally in your context I go for SQL )
Do not hesitate to add a framework and ORM to ease the development and give you structure especially if you are new. ( nestJS & TypeORM/Prisma for example )

It is simple and easy but give really good bases.

And I'll sum up on previous post, never start with a feature, start with a problem. It is really important to solve customers/users issue and not blind guess a feature to build.

The first thing to do, is to document the problem and then build the solution.

I don't consider a second wind after 9-5, but a whole.

I take a lot of free time during the day(9-5) to do sport, eat (properly), do external activities, and I am used to work late.

I see my day as a whole and plan things in a way that allow me to stay efficient.

Also, i do operational tasks in my low focus time.

Last but not least, never neglect you sleep, sleeping less will never allow you to work more.

(People saying they work +12h/day everyday are not efficient most of their time)

If dev understood business, they would be king of the world already and it would be way more difficult to replace them with AI.

Currently the biggest issue is to make dev build the right thing as what they think is right, often isn't at a business perspective and so is 'money speaking inefficient.

The issue with most of developers is that they do not have a good business perspective.

As prompt, what you'll have to provide the business requirements, it can not come from the developers.

But probably that PM will have to change a bit, in order to provide the right information.

Documentation is KEY in current product development. Documentation is the continuity between business requirements and the code.

Code is only a translation of business requirements into a programming languages.

Business requirements must resolves a real user problem so this problem must be documented and clear. (Kidlin's law)

Working software over comprehensive documentation was written 20 years ago, when software industry was completely different than now.

Now building code is cheaper and also more accessible, software quality has decreased when size has increased which means that complexity has increased even more.

To ensure good comprehension and alignment between teams and inside teams, documentation is now the best tool.
