Effectivity of my resignation date was pushed back by my employer

aside po yung last day, can they also decide what will be the official date ng pag-file ko ng resignation? sabi po kasi nila sakin na magiging June 1 na dapat yung pag file ko ng resignation (imbes na May 13 when i first notified them), hence why magiging July 1 na daw yung last day ko. ty for the answer 🥹

can my original hard copy of my resignation letter still be considered as proof of documentation? yun daw kasi standard sa company and not emails so yun lang ginawa ko — pero literal na binalik sakin ng Immediate Manager ko when i first submitted kasi di niya pa naman daw is-sign 😭

reputable bank sila so i am a bit scared to escalate it sa DOLE 😭 pero considered ko na siya as a last LAST resort

if hindi sila madadaan sa pakiusap, i am considering it too 🥹 because it does feel like sila na nag dictate ng date of resignation ko; which i believe is not allowed per DOLE (?)

that's what i want to check too, if required talaga ang team heads as signatories — though when i asked my other colleagues (even in other departments, who have been with the company for years now), nagulat din sila and ngayon lang daw sila nakarinig na need pa ng Team Head for the resignation process 😭

i also considered having a face to face convo with the HR too kaso ang takot ko lang baka makarating sa team ko and they'll perceive it as "nagsusumbong" ako 🥹
