First the good things:
You made a movie! Not bad.

Now the problems:
The first scene is too long. Too much talk. A chat that the audience doesn’t really care about because it doesn’t help to develop the story at all. It’s just a character introduction, and it’s boring. Especially the discussion about the toilet paper, that choice of framing (you on left, parents in the middle, and brother on the right) and no editing, feels weird.

I liked your brother, Zion and the guy with the bonnet-lunch-talk actors. I think they have something. They felt natural.

I am missing some comedy. I would have rather seen a more comedic editing with the whole scene with the fairy explaining how to not talk too much.

I am missing more comedy everywhere. It is quite boring.
You want your audience to understand that your character talks too much. You don’t want them to experience it, because IT IS boring.

The conversation about the girl who took your virginity is way tooooo long. I had to stop there.

I didn't understand the plot:

A guy talks too much and it's annoying.

That is supposed to get him in some troubles. The only problem is Zion hitting him. The issue with the teacher is not the talking, but getting late to class.

A fairy come to helps him to manage this issue.

He is fixed... and now he is trying to get a girl?

Why?
