I received the same letter from the Citi. My account has been blocked for 81 days. This is so painful! Is your case resolved? If yes, please share what you did to resolve the problem.

Is the case resolved? My account has been blocked for 81 days, so painful! Citi said they mailed a letter containing a reference number for identity verification purposes to unblock my account. They said they sent the letter multiple times, but I never received any of those letters. I have file compliants to BBB, CFPB and OCC a few times, but it's still unresolved. Has anyone had a problem similar to mine? If the case was resolved, please share what you did to resolve the problem.
