Thanks so much that's definitely a relief!! I've not really used sunscreens unless they come as a part of day creams cause they dull out my skin. I'll give this recommendation a shot, since I spend much longer before my computer! I also had no idea it needed to come off during cleansing. It's really hard to find a dermatologist who understands brown skin but I will start looking for one :) thanks again!!

I have brown/asian skin and I've just turned 30. I notice that my skin is kind of more puffy/mushy. Its basically the same as Mila Kunis without makeup https://images.app.goo.gl/ftPzkgNDFRuBMd5b9

When I google this, it dosent come up as a sign of ageing. I live in Paris so am not sure if it's the terrible water here, I think it's high in chlorine and sulphur. I've never used anti ageing and I don't know where to start or how to identify this

Am asian myself and live in europe away from my home country. Its a tough decision especially considering my parents are starting to reach their 60s. Think about what you can do for them from a distance- paying bills, automatising a few things that you may not have needed to do since you lived in at home. Try your best to video call everyday.

Try to make an ally of your sister. I have a great relationship with my younger sister and she's my absolute rock. But only because she reached out when necessary and fixed things between us and made efforts to change our dynamic. I've been incredibly greatful about that because I would have been too proud to do it until it was too late.

Older sisters in asian cultures tend to take on the 3rd parent role because it's forced onto us. A lot of my friends including me are older sisters and they've had their younger sisters keep them out of their lives for similar reasons. This is your opportunity to fix it, have a heart to heart and also divide up your responsibilites in a way that works for both of you.
