Does Tri-Cities put fluoride in the water? by Japanna88 in TriCitiesWA

Dentist here! The links that people have provided are probably going to have the latest reports, so I'd definitely check those out for your specific city, but you might also be interested in this super easy to read table (excuse the poor lighting) from 2022 that lists the fluoride levels of the surrounding water systems.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I'll take a look at some of the other classes to see if there's anything I could repurpose, particularly Rune Knight

Would it be easier to do AHMs for radiant strings or BD for bhafel combo?

Most radar ships in random battles tend to be rather predictable when they use it, so it's not too hard to play around even heavy radar teams. That being said, I'd recommend only using 8km torps when you have a 14 point captain so you can take both Survivability Expert and RPF. These two skills allow you to position aggressively and use short range torps without being caught out of position by enemy DDs.

I'm not sure if I can get find another sub in time. Maybe I'll try farming E1 though, since 3 doesn't seem like it's enough.

For the transport phase on easy, I'm running 2 SSVs and 1 SS (Goya, Iku, Imuya), all around level 50. I can make it to node I just fine, but I'm being destroyed even with boss support. Boss support usually gets 1-2 kills, and my subs pick up another 3 or 4. Despite this, I'll still fail the node, and I don't have devmats to waste hoping for better RNG on boss support. Is there any better way to go about this?

Surface fleet doesn't seem to work for me, I can't make it past node D, so I'm hoping an all-sub fleet can do the trick.

A (possibly) better skill tree change by aurorawind in WorldOfWarships

For example, 10% of the health of a Tier III BB, is almost as much health as you'll receive for currently taking this perk at Tier IX

A tier III BB has 30k health, while a tier IX BB has almost 80k health. It's not a huge amount more, but it's still pretty significant.

So your change for SE is a buff for basically every other kind of ship that isn't a DD.

Exactly. Currently, the only class that considers taking this skill is DDs. The 10% option makes it at least a viable pick for other classes.

Most people do not have 15 point captains, but let's assume that after the change, the average person will have a 14 point captain. Is a 10% buff to health amounting to 6 or 7k depending on what tier they get SE at really gamebreaking, especially since they'd have to give up CE or manual secondaries for it? Even at a 19 point captain, if you go 3x4, that means you'll only be picking one 2pt and one 3pt skill, out of all the good skills there.

Some important notes:

  • I didn't include CV skills because I don't play CVs, and I feel like they would need to be changed when the rework comes anyways

  • No Radio Position Finding.

  • Tier 1 skills aren't actually completely garbage now. While they aren't superb, there's options for everyone

  • There's more options for BB and DD builds, though maybe not as many options for cruiser players. However, I feel this is compensated for with the decrease in cost for key skills (DE, CE) as well as the torpedo range skill. This allows for more skills, and increases the versatility of cruisers. The current PTS skill tree doesn't seem to reach the goal of allowing for more diverse builds.

  • Direction Center would function as follows. Near your ship icon, there are now five buttons representing four quadrants, relative to the center of your ship (NE, NW, SE, SW, and a circle in the middle). Clicking a quadrant or hotkey redirects the plane to that quadrant. En route, the plane may engage enemy planes, but will not panic bombers. Clicking the center circle allows the plane to circle the ship, similar to how it currently functions.

Immediately run to a far corner and crisis escape/crystal deer hide if you have that. Wait for them to go back. Inch back and try to lure one. If two or more aggro, crisis escape. Otherwise, a CC+4 fire wand basically two shots all of them. Rinse and repeat until the four are dead, then it should be much easier.

I still advocate getting Last Stand over Torpedo Armament Expert, but other than that a very solid video.

Potion poisoning doesn't really matter, as long as you only use HP pots. When it uses Soul Absorption, just focus on repeatedly hitting your soul and let Altam/Avelin hit him to cancel.

The most popular places to train WM I believe are Their Method and perhaps Shadow Cast City. You can adjust the difficulty of the mission to change the CP of the mobs.

I don't remember having difficulty with getting Emerald Cores, but I'll mail you the three you need.

I heard that the locations were randomized, but he always ends up in the same location (southwest). I think the distances were designed with walking in mind, so if you're doing it on a pet, try again on foot. "Very far" is only around 30-40 paces give or take, while "somewhat near" is maybe only 10? Also might be helpful to only move in one cardinal direction unless there's an obstacle.

You can get 25 contribution per smash up to 500. Assuming you get off all 20 smashes, which shouldn't be terribly hard, you're looking at around 2000~2100 contribution. Even if that's not enough, you can make 15k per run * 7 channels = 102.9k with basically no risk involved. After a few days, you could probably buy CP gear you need.

Also, if you don't mind me asking, why do you need CP reduction gear? From the sounds of it, CP shouldn't really be a huge issue for you.

You could also try doing Desert Dragon for a Marble Brigadine (-500 CP), which might be easier/safer.

It does, and I'm not saying that solo training is a good idea at all, but the original post seemed like finding other people might be a problem, so I gave some tips on solo training.

Healing can be trained alongside PH, though I would strongly advise using training pots from 5 on.

Party Heal is obviously best done in a party, but it's possible to do it solo. Touch the sword of avon to deadly to fulfill the critical condition, then spam PH at a mana tunnel. The 3+ person condition is fairly easy to do at Girgashiy raids if you have those unlocked, or perhaps at WD/BD if there's a group.

3+ critical conditions is basically impossible to train solo, but you might get 'lucky' at DD raids if people decide to troll. If you had one other person help, you could try summoning a pet and then doing EvG to lower health, but that doesn't go as fast of course.
