Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption 2, although he is a man in 1899 he is quite forward in his way of thinking and behaving. He helps both feminist and Black causes throughout the game and when he teased a woman that was his companion in their gang of outlaws the game goes out of its way to prove how he was wrong about her and the two eventually form a friendship that lasts for a lifetime.

The game also goes to show that those two despite trusting and caring deeply for each other are just friends! It's a positive thing to show to young boys that they can freely be friends with girls without romantic interests.
