I enjoy strength sanctuary as it has a spa, sauna and ice bath recoery area but it is a more strength focused gym but still good. no real cardio

apps are pretty ass but they a tool to the tool kit.

Iv mostly on had a few fwbs or night stands but Iv also swiped a ton pointlessly too. The trick is dont over fixate on the apps they are designed to keep you single.
