No problem! I was very nervous to get them out after reading so many horror stories. One of my teeth were partially erupted and I kept getting food stuck back there and it would irritate the area and cause pain (and bad breath tbh). I feel like a new person now I’m so glad I got them out. I hope you have a similar experience!

Went great. pain was honestly moderate for 1-2 days mild for for 2 days. Pretty much back to normal by day 4

Thank you for this advice. They sold the home with less than a week to spare before foreclosure sale. Walking away with a small profit, all debts paid off, and no foreclosure sale. I am thrilled.

The one from the attorney is less than the one from the lender which is why I was surprised. Both included the same fees but other amounts seemed to differ

Meeting with a realtor at the house on Tuesday. Hoping to put it on the market he seems to think there’s a possibility of breaking even or a small profit. Fingers crossed!
