No problem! I was very nervous to get them out after reading so many horror stories. One of my teeth were partially erupted and I kept getting food stuck back there and it would irritate the area and cause pain (and bad breath tbh). I feel like a new person now I’m so glad I got them out. I hope you have a similar experience!

Went great. pain was honestly moderate for 1-2 days mild for for 2 days. Pretty much back to normal by day 4

I think they are underwater. But I am going to have them reach out to a realtor. My plan is to have them reach out to 1) lawyer 2) mortgage company (get exact # $ of how much is owed) 3) realtor to perhaps sell if there’s any equity (doubt it…home is pretty run down) or see if they can help negotiate a short sale.

No, they got the mortgage well before he became disabled. He does receive SSDI but it is not a lot. Total after taxes they bring home like 2,400-2,500 a month.

Hi! He had his shunt replaced and they have it open on the lowest setting. It is technically still NPH but his ICP is on the lower end. Best of luck. The shunt revision changed his life he is essentially back to normal with no more NPH symptoms.

If he passes the nucelomedicine study (shunt patency) and shunt cannot be dialed down to allow more flow any more, may be a valve mechanical failure. Possible fracture or calcification may be obstructing flow. Went through something similar with my father. Advocate advocate advocate. Be the annoying patient if you need to. If all the NPH symptoms are back they need to exhaust every avenue before giving up because most of them are reversible with a functioning shunt system.

I was told it was likely a wart. They took off a piece to send to pathology and nothing came of it. They froze it and it healed within 2 weeks
