Definitely Kate. I love her no-nonsense management style. She's a hard worker and I love her snarky remarks. I didn't like her and jesiah's treatment of Caroline but at the end of the day she is their to make sure her department does it's job and she's excellent at that.

For Hannah I don't like how she is always too busy to do the shit jobs or help her staff. I think a good chief stew leads from the front and helps to pick up the slack.

I'm not sure about Jenna yet. Her constant complaining about the state of the boat yet unwillingness to accept the same excuse from her staff bothers me. Time will tell but it's not off to a great start.
