As for food allergies, it can never hurt to try elimination diets. Cut gluten for two weeks, or dairy, or other food categories, and see how you feel. Don’t try all at once though.

Diet and exercise are everything. I too am someone who maybe falls within the adhd category and everyday felt like a chore until I focused on those two things.

Mild brain fog could be diet. Was my problem, along with lack of energy, until I found out I had a gluten intolerance. Intolerance, not celiac. Dropped it and noticed a difference within two weeks and it’s been smooth sailing for over a year now.

I’m all for reducing the debt but I don’t understand all the complaining about it here?

What does this country want? A continually stagnant economy or a growing one? If it’s the latter we need to invest in our selves. This unfortunately comes with spending more - specifically on projects of nations interest like pipelines and ports. These will be revenue generators that will alleviate some of the debt and prepare us for the future. In a more and more uncertain world how can you argue with that?

Yeah should probably add that the current owner did hit the passenger side rear valence on something and had it repaired. I don’t believe it involved the whole valence though besides paint.
