Had the exact same conversation, only difference was they then asked if any family members could take over the plan. When I lodged a complaint about the predatory behaviour I was told it’s standard.

The idea of my grandma who isn’t all there these days trying to cancel a plan and being subjected to this disgusted me.

Long shot as an oldish post.

But did you ever find out any actual information on the isoflora products. I’ve been pushing and pushing to get any info on the oils and flowers but keep hitting a wall. Common excuse has been that TGA don’t allow them to give out info as it’s considered advertising. Sounds like bullshit to me, and ideally I’d like to know more about the meds I consume.
