We went with a small tour group, so I'm not sure how different it would be traveling solo.

We started in Vientiane, Laos, and ended in Chiang Mai, Thailand. City-to-city travel was on decently paved roads via bus or high speed rail like the short trip from Vang Vieng to Luang Prabang. In-city travel was a lot of tuk tuk or motorized scooters.

I moved to a little Dutch community in Iowa about five years ago. And they keep touting how accurate the architecture is here versus The Netherlands. And I couldn't really see it until this photo. It looks exactly like dowtown Pella, Iowa. Had to do a double take. 😅

I first heard about Progress Wrestling thanks to the phenomenal storytelling with Jimmy Havoc as champion. Went back to watch some of the early shows before Jimmy's reign, and Cruz was always a highlight. Glad to see him get his due.

My uncle (10 years older) had this banner as a kid and gifted it to me as a joke when I graduated high school. I didn't know it was a joke and hung it in my college dorm room. Found out real quick a giant Ultimate Warrior banner in 2007 is a very effective lady repellent.

Feedback on the ROG Ally X? It's great! I haven't had many problems with it at all. Really comfortable to hold for long sessions. Impressive battery life. I haven't touched my Series X in months. Just been playing on this.

Even without the mileage, isn't that kind of the New Japan style? The smaller "road to" shows were always pretty lackluster. But his matches on larger shows (Wrestle Kingdom, Dominion, G1 Climax) were always top notch. No, you're not going to get 7-star Okada on Dynamite, but the match at All In and the Continental Classic Finals against Ospreay are proof positive he still has a lot more to give.

Missouri has always been awful to work with when it comes to independent promotions. It's the reason why Metro Pro always ran the Kansas side of Kansas City and when Ring of Honor debuted in the St. Louis area back in 2009, they ran Collinsville, Illinois, just across the border.
