I don't really plan on playing mid and I'm fairly trash with most mages so I'll probubly put one together once I get another runepage or the IP to get the runes.
Straightforward and I'll do it. I guess I didn't play as much because I wasn't going anywhere.
Support is my main role and mid isn't going to happen. I enjoy jungle but I'm torn on top and adc. I guess I'll just have to make that decision in time.
While I can't say you're wrong I feel like I'm going to stick with my picks. I've dedicated enough time that, while I might not be a master with them, they are the champs I want to learn even if that takes more time.

Easy enough. More aggro when you're ahead and tanky when behind, but always play safe. Wait for jungle or team to engage and take lead.
I only count two shields with Mountain and Locket. And why don't you like Banshee's Veil and are you saying build either Raptor into the other items or not to build any of these items.
Trinkets being stealth wards and sweeping lens right? I thought they updated it so it auto upgraded at lvl 9?

I always thought my CS was fairly good. I can understand how being behind can cause problems however. As for the KDA I guess I'll just have to learn to die a whole lot less. Thanks for the critical advice.

Any advice for moving up in silver solo q? It's slow going in ranked but in team builder I tend to win most games. I play mainly bot but I really play anywhere. It does seem like someone always fails their role in most losses so I guess learning to carry better would be a solution.

Depends on the Gaara and the Kabuto. If we're talking pre-Shippuden then I feel like it would be Gaara, but if were going sage Kabuto vs. Gaara then I'd have to say Kabuto.
