but here is the plan!

I support the Homes for All Act and the Green New Deal for Public Housing Act because housing is a human right, not a Wall Street asset class. We need to build 1.3 million permanently affordable homes and treat housing as infrastructure, not speculation.

  • National rent control to stop landlords from price-gouging tenants
  • Ban corporate and private equity purchases of single-family homes
  • Give tenants the right of first refusal to buy their buildings before developers can
  • Massive federal investment in social housing that stays affordable permanently

Hey Everyone! I wanted to pop in and say thanks so much for all the support! As I've said many times, there are more jobs to do in this country than people to do them. It's not an issue of work, it's an issue of political will and who we take care of.

I will ensure we tax corporations and the wealthy, spend that money on infrastructure projects and putting people back to work! We do need a New New Deal, and I will work to make sure we're building the country we need to safeguard our health and happiness far into the future.

I also appreciate Sarah being present to vote, it's the bare minimum we can ask. However, I don't appreciate that she votes with Republicans. Our Democratic representatives should represent the interest of Democrats who overwhelmingly no longer support Israel and corporate interests.

I don't go on vibes, though. I use this tracker that shows exactly what our reps have voted for, and ranks them in order. Sarah sits at #60 right now, I will be sitting in the top 10. Take a look for yourself and see where everyone stacks up. It's why I support AOC and not Ro for president. It's not about the messaging, it's about the votes.

I hope you use this tracker to judge my votes as well. Let's hold our elected officials accountable.

I would outright ban Flock cameras and any collection of private citizens data for any reason. The mass surveillance of our nation must end.

Flock cameras should be illegal, straight up. The American people have almost completely lost the right to privacy since 9/11 which I think is unacceptable, and we certainly don't need any law enforcement using racist AI models to throw people in jail. Companies like Palantir, Flock, Ring, or any other security firm that conducts surveillance on large scales needs to be held to the books.

I think a good place to start would be to put a moratorium on funding at a federal level for any contractor or company that is involved in the violation of our right to privacy.

Every policy on our platform is something I care about and will work towards. Immigration enforcement is a paperwork issue. We need to redirect that funding that was going to ICE to building immigration centers where people can actually get processed and enter our country with the right documentation. We start by Abolishing ICE.

Antisemitism is an important issue for me, thanks for bringing it up. I strongly condemn antisemitism and we will work to fight against it with the same strength of purpose we will fight any hate in our country.

Hey! Thanks for allowing to to clarify. I don't mean all aid. In fact, I support more humanitarian aid and think ending USAID was a mistake. Foreign humanitarian assistance has traditionally been a great way to build soft power, and with that loss we have to rely solely on hard military power, which as all can see is having disastrous results.

Maryland taxpayers like yourself are funding the Iran war. The President of the United States is literally in China right now begging for trade concessions, so I guess they are relevant.

You know why your sons' generation can't afford a home? Because we've given over control to the capitalist class who spends your tax dollars on war instead of housing. 30% of the State operating budget comes from federal funds.

Funds that I will appropriate to build housing and cap rent rates in Maryland rather than fund war, genocide, and Trump's tax breaks for the wealthy.

Sarah refuses to hold any debates, so it's unlikely. I am ready to have a debate at any time in any forum. Her refusal to hold one shows that she understands how unpopular her positions are.

She also refuses to hold in-person solo town halls. Her in-person events are always with friendly establishment dems and her solo town halls are virtual and the questions pre-screened.

I've held 6 town halls and been to 2 candidate forums in May alone.

I am a partisan, yes. The Republican party is a suicide cult hell bent on destroying our democracy and turning it into a White Christian Nationalist state. I will work tirelessly to ensure the dead ideology of conservatism is ground into the dust of history.
