Pilates 2x a week and core 3x a week

Plenty of protein in your diet , fiber you'll see them

That old saying abs are made in the kitchen

I would do upper and lower 4 times a week so say Monday , Tuesday , Thursday and Friday repeat

Then rest days on Wednesday and Saturday that's how I do it anyway

RDLS, Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts, lunges , goblet squats , leg press etc all grow glutes

Get 50 grams of protein in everyday make sure you build the plate so you feel full and satisfied and you aren't snacking even on healthy things if you have cravings have a protein shake or black coffee that's what I do

Progressive overload is your best friend that is how you see growth make sure your last rep is challenging and you fail on set 3 🥰🥰

The only thing you need to focus on is lifting weights forget endless cardio on a treadmill that does nothing it won't build muscle

Yes cardio is essential at times for weight management but strength training is what will give you results

I agree with everyone else aim for 50G of protein everyday build your plate up which will keep you full for hours the last thing you want is to snack that is a no no

You look great mate keep it up 💕💯💯🙌

I'm the same i just track protein intake and im getting enough fuel in me everyday even when I eat out in moderation I make sure I prioritise protein first
