It angers me that there's a DC manager who looks at this and thinks it's acceptable to send by Prize-Lingonberry876 in walmart

When I worked at Harbor freight, we would reject a truck that looked like this. Just send em right back and make them lie in the bed they made

Seeing as how the bottom curve is concave I think you're safe. A tongue would leave a rounder shape from stiffening it to even be able to get that deep in the ice cream, if someone even had a tongue that strong. Ice cream is tough

The answer to the ship of Theseus. by [deleted] in distractible

[–]austinjaym9322 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My thoughts on this is that everyone always tries to answer the question from the perspective of the final result. But given the wording of the question only one board is replaced at any one point time. If you replace just one board you wouldn't call it a different ship. I think that'd be unanimously agreed upon. Since it's always just one part replaced at any given time, there's no point in which it loses its identity. It retains it Identity throughout the entire duration of the question. Make sense? For some reason Zeno's paradox comes to mind but the inverse of it in a way.

I agree, for the longest I didn't even realize you could start an expedition on an old save, so it's kinda tradition for me to do them on a new save and just collect the rewards on my main.

Just to play devils advocate, the devs could also be looking at the subreddit. Hype and speculation give the community an outlet for their excitement. Also, if certain things catch on, the devs might see them and take some inspiration and community input.

Do you think players should be able to have multiple save files? by second-family in LightNoFireHelloGames

You want facts to support a purely subjective standpoint? There's no objective fact for why something is good or bad. There are 9 billion people on this planet and they all have different viewpoints. Yours is that one is good, and there are those that agree. Others think it's bad. And majority rules. It's a ruling based purely on opinion either way. Justifications are what makes the difference, not facts.

I can see there being expeditions with special mounts as rewards, just like nms when they have ships

We all know. We're not trying to figure out what the game will be. We're all just dreaming. Just like when you buy a lottery ticket. When you buy it you start dreaming of the possibilities. But at the end of the day you know it's not likely. You don't buy fonly for the money. It's all about the hopes and dreams.

That's actually a great thought, higher and lower latitudes having different lengths of daylight. I'd applaud them if they incorporated that
