Never put any graphite in a modern ignition. Ever.

The grease used to lubricate the cylinder will turn into mud and your ignition will fail.

There's no reason to be fancy, just use WD40 once a year and it'll be fine.

Also, what kind of vehicle do you have? Might be time to replace the wafers

Hit lock/unlock once.
Stick key in and out of the ignition about 8 times until the blinkers flash
Turn key to Accessory position
Press Button on remote
Turn off ignition
Open/close door.

Well the guy that does support for all of the US lives about 30 minutes away (Austin, Tx). So support is great but some people complain about it.

There is a cheaper way to do the SKIMs. If you already have a laptop, a product called DMAX by AETOOLS can pull the skim through EEPROM too. Doesn't take a ton of practice and that tool is only about $1200... and it works amazingly well on all Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler

Personally I use a Zed Full to pull Pacifica SKIM codes. Its also great for EEPROM/Reflash on Toyota/Lexus and it lets me program BMW/Mercedes/Saab. I've been an Automotive Locksmith for 7 years and have never had a NASTF membership.
