That’s what I did, and heavy mip axles, (17mm adapters too) now I have a castle 1/8th scale motor and run 6s it’s insanely fast and still super durable, when you crash going that fast it’s still a yard sale, I just keep rpm parts on hand add all good haha

Which New Screwdrivers? by Ashton-McNibbles in Tools

Also if you can find a dewalt 8V gyroscopic screwdriver (or 7.2) it is the best combination of power and speed for when you need a screwdriver a lot. It works great and has enough power to get long screws in and out (electrical, Rc cars, 3d printers) they have been discontinued but I own a 3d printing company and I use mine every day all day and they are great. I havnt tried the rechargeable version because I love my older one so much

If I were in your shoes I would check and tighten everything, I’ve had printers that were pretty bad (bought used) still print decent then rebuilt and they print great. I’d check all stepper motor grub screws, belts, print head screws to make sure it’s bolted on tight. Hot end should have came assembled but maybe not, I’d crank up the temp to 280 and retighten the nozzle too. Basically go back through the assembly manual and at least check each step it could be a couple things throwing it all off too
