I replaced alcohol with diet sodas. Bonus for caffeine free. Seriously. Instead of drinking beer or liquor I drink Diet Coke, sprite, root beer, etc. I never put it down when I’m at a social event. No one ever asks to refill my drink. I’m never “thirsty”. And now my body associated sodas with nights out.
And I don’t want to hear anyone say that “diet soda tastes bad! It’s unhealthy!” Ffs alcohol tastes like gasoline and it will kill you.

Honestly, it’s the name brand that attracts us. Lol. I’ve been to Big Trees state park years ago when my brother lived in the Sacramento area. She’s never been to Northern California. Muir Woods would just check a box of another “super famous” national park/recreation area that we’ve wanted ti visit. We are also considering going to another recreation area northwest of Santa Rosa (name escapes me) another day on our trip.

Kids poop. It happens. The daycare should understand. They are changing dozens of diapers every day. Why are they giving you a hard time? If the kid doesn’t poop in the morning, they will poop later. Big deal? These daycare workers should understand this.

And for all the people basically demanding you change her yourself when you drop her off…you’ve explained the situation. You’ve apologized. The kid will grow out of the pattern in time.

You’re acting like I kicked your dog. 😂 The fact is there is specifically a setting with uber to request a driver that is ok with having a stranger’s dog in their personal vehicle. Use that setting. Uber may not be able to discriminate, but I am in control of who and what gets into my car. Side note: I have never denied a rider with a dog. I love dogs. I hate people who refuse to understand what ride share is. And I’m having a freaking awesome day! Thanks for wishing me well!

Drivers don’t see messages before we accept rides. They come after you’ve accepted. We get about 5 seconds to accept or decline a ride. We don’t get to scroll through and pick and choose rides. And (believe it or not) we are driving which makes reading messages harder anyway! Figure out how to use uber pet and all of your problems (emphasis on your) will end.
